Pegasus Airlines Flex Tickets Change Due to COVID-19 Not Granted for Free

Hello, I purchased an airplane ticket with the PNR number PU7EB6 from Pegasus Airlines. As an additional service, I bought seat selection and Pegasus Flex for 3 people. Yesterday, my family tested positive for COVID-19, so I wanted to change the date of my ticket. When I tried to find a suitable date on your website and proceeded with the change, an additional fee appeared. I entered my card details and paid the extra fee, but your system gave an error. I tried six times with one card and twice with another, but I still couldn't get results, although the amount was deducted from my card each time. When I called customer service to make the change, they demanded three times the amount for the change. As an alternative, they suggested trying again with a different card. I attempted two more times with another card, and again, money was deducted, but the system still showed an error, and the ticket was not changed. I couldn't get service from your website, and when I tried to make changes over the phone, I was asked for three times the amount. Despite having Pegasus Flex, I became completely distressed and couldn't receive the service. I had to cancel the ticket due to not getting service, resulting in a loss again. I request the immediate refund of all the money deducted from my account and compensation for the overall damage I incurred (the difference between the initial payment for the ticket and the amount to be refunded after cancellation).
