Pegasus Delaying Refund for Two Months After Ticket Cancellation
Pegasus Airlines has been delaying my refund for over two months. Despite contacting them daily about the refund for my canceled ticket, I have yet to receive any resolution. They keep saying my request has been "prioritized," but this seems like a tactic to stall and avoid addressing the issue.
It’s frustrating to see that canceled tickets are likely being resold to other customers, allowing Pegasus to profit twice while ignoring refund requests. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for my canceled ticket and a clear explanation for the delay. Pegasus must stop misleading customers and improve its post-sales service. This level of service is far below expectations for such a large company.
