On 28 November 2025, my Pegasus flight PC2406 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Gaziantep, which was scheduled to depart at 21:00, was delayed by 120 minutes and announced to take off at 23:00. There was no explanation, no information, and no representative available to speak to regarding this delay, which made the situation even more frustrating. Due to this significant delay and the complete lack of communication, I request that Pegasus provide appropriate support such as refreshments, hotel or transfer services if necessary, or alternatively issue a refund of my ticket fee. I kindly ask that my grievance be addressed and that I receive a clear written response regarding this delay.
