I Report Pegasus Airlines Last-Minute Flight Delay & Unjustified Costs

My Pegasus Airlines flight PC1091 from Istanbul to Barcelona, scheduled for June 17, 2025, at 10:05 AM, was suddenly delayed to 10:00 PM with only one day's notice. This drastic change disrupted all our plans and caused significant financial and emotional damage.

Pegasus stated the reason for the delay was "weather conditions." However, friends traveling on other airlines at the exact same time arrived in Barcelona without any issues, which makes the stated reason highly questionable and unconvincing. This unexpected delay resulted in several immediate problems for us:

Our pre-arranged transfer service was canceled, forcing us to pay for new transportation out of pocket.

Our entire day was wasted, and we had to cancel planned activities, leading to considerable disappointment.

Despite arriving late at night due to the delay, we still had to pay for a full night's hotel accommodation that we couldn't fully utilize, as we had originally planned to arrive in the morning.

I demand reimbursement for the additional transfer fees, the unusable hotel costs, and compensation for the overall inconvenience and distress experienced. I also require an official explanation and a full refund from Pegasus. This situation clearly falls under passenger rights, and I expect it to be addressed accordingly.
