Pegasus Canceled My Flight Last Minute and Refuses to Fix My Travel Plans

Pegasus Airlines canceled my March 8 Sabiha Gökçen - Milan flight just two days before departure and rescheduled me for March 9. To avoid losing my pre-booked hotel and train tickets, I moved my flight to March 7. However, I then realized my visa was valid starting March 8, so I called Pegasus within 10 minutes to fix it. They refused, saying I could only change my flight once, leaving me stranded and out of pocket.

Now my entire trip—hotel, train, and flight costs—is at risk because of their last-minute cancellation. I expect Pegasus to resolve this by March 6, 2025. Pegasus, take responsibility and fix this mess!
