Pegasus Didn’t Send My E-Ticket After Booking for 5 People from Geneva to Istanbul

On May 21, 2025, I made a reservation with Pegasus Airlines for a return flight from Geneva to Istanbul for five people. The booking went through, my payment was confirmed, but I never received the e-tickets via email. It’s been days, and despite emailing customer support, I still haven’t received any response or resolution.

I’ve double-checked my email folders—spam, junk, everything—but the e-ticket simply was never sent. What’s worse, I’ve heard I’m not the only one facing this issue; apparently, many other passengers have experienced the same problem with Pegasus failing to deliver their e-tickets after booking.

This is incredibly stressful, especially when traveling with a group. I urgently need Pegasus to send my e-ticket without any further delay. This kind of oversight is unacceptable for any airline, and I expect immediate action. Do not leave your customers in the dark after they’ve paid you—fix this now.
