Pegasus Airlines Denied Baggage and Disrespectful Treatment on Flight PC2281

On July 1, 2023, at 08:10, I had a flight from Dalaman to Sabiha Gökçen. I arrived 40 minutes before my flight, but they refused to check in my luggage, claiming that the baggage drop was closed. Despite explaining that we had essential items for our baby, the lady at the counter responded rudely, stating, "baggage drop is closed." We proceeded to the boarding gate, where they informed us that passenger boarding would begin at 07:30. As the departure time approached, they still hadn't started boarding. I explained the situation to the gate attendant but received a disrespectful response. I even encountered the same rude lady from the counter, who said, "You can apologize and board the plane." A male employee was called, and he threatened to cancel our tickets. Is this how they treat passengers? Fortunately, another passenger, a woman, supported us and confronted the staff. Eventually, we were allowed to board. Your employees claim they deny boarding and cancel tickets to satisfy their ego. It's disgraceful. They resort to shouting when asked a question or making a request. Everyone works hard for their money. If they don't want to work, they shouldn't be in this profession. Our luggage was left at the airport, and we had to arrange for our relatives to pick it up. Flight number: PC2281.
