Pegasus Flight Time and Check-in Issue Caused Inconvenience

I arrived at Dalaman Airport on August 18, 2024, for my 22:15 flight. I came for check-in at 21:30, but I was told that the check-in had closed and my ticket was void. Why is my ticket void for my 22:15 flight? Why do I have to pay ₺7,000 for a new ticket when I wasn't late for my flight?

I need to be at work on Monday, but because of Pegasus Airlines, I cannot be. I lost my job. Thank you, Pegasus. Also, a female employee from the same company, Celebi, was rude. She spoke disrespectfully to both me and the DHMI Manager, Ms. A*** A***, who was with me.

Necessary complaints have been made. I am complaining about Pegasus Airlines. I am also complaining about E*** K***. I will never, ever choose Pegasus Airlines again in my life.
