Pegasus Airlines Check-In Chaos

On April 13, 2024, my wife and I arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport one hour before our 07:45 flight to Adana. There was no guidance staff available. We queued up to find Pegasus' counter to check in our luggage; it was so crowded that we could only see the empty counters as we got closer. The only staff member we found informed us that there was no one at the counter and suggested we obtain luggage tags from the devices there. However, when we tried to obtain luggage tags from the device, it was already 07:06, and we couldn't get them. When we approached the sales office, they informed us that the process ended 45 minutes before and that we were 5 minutes late. My ticket indicated that the gate would open at 07:10 and close at 07:25. Considering the holiday rush, I expected delayed luggage pick-up to accommodate me. In a similar situation at Istanbul Airport, a different airline promptly assisted me with delayed luggage delivery, and I made it to my flight. However, you did not allow me to board the flight which was still 40 minutes away from departure. I saw a flight to Adana at 08:50 online. When I requested to purchase a ticket for this flight and asked if my unused ticket could be exchanged, I received the response, "Our system shows three extra people on this flight. If you can, go ahead and buy it." Since I had already checked in for the 07:45 flight, I couldn't change my ticket to the 08:50 flight and had to buy a new one. I couldn't check in via kiosk machines or phone because seats were unavailable. At 07:38, I called Customer Services; they couldn't help and suggested I go to the ticket sales office. When I went there again, even though there was still 1 hour and 20 minutes left for the flight, they told me to "Run, catch it, you'll be late again." I didn't understand why I needed to run as there was still time, and I couldn't check in. While on the phone with customer service, a female staff member interrupted, saying, "Can you listen to me?" As I listened to her, a skinny, tall male staff member sitting beside her looked at us and said to my wife, "Let them be late, who cares," and laughed. How do you explain the behavior of your staff?
