Pegasus Airlines Charged Me for a Second Ticket but Didn’t Provide a PNR
On October 9, 2024, I purchased two separate tickets for the Helsinki-Istanbul route scheduled for March 25, 2025, via the Pegasus app—well, at least I thought I did. While the first ticket was successfully booked, I never received a PNR number for the second one, and it does not appear in the app either. After contacting Customer Service, I was informed that the second ticket was never issued, but the payment was still charged to my card. I am requesting a swift refund for this ticket. I expected the booking process to be straightforward, but this has created unnecessary stress, especially since no one seems to be able to explain why the payment went through without issuing a ticket.
