Pegasus Refund for Vienna Ticket Still Not Processed, Charged Higher Price Instead

On August 14, 2024, I purchased a Sabiha Gökçen-Vienna ticket (PNR: PVF8GU) through a Pegasus campaign for travel on February 1, 2025. I requested a refund on the same day, but the ₺2965 refund has yet to be processed.
When I contacted Pegasus, they claimed the refund had been issued. However, after filing a dispute with Ziraat Bank, they canceled a different ticket instead and forced me to repurchase the same ticket at a higher price. As a university student, I had planned this trip with friends during the campaign, but this situation has completely ruined our excitement.
I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund of my money. Pegasus must honor its commitments and address this issue promptly.
