On August 11, 2025, at Adana Çukurova Airport, despite arriving more than two hours before my Pegasus Airlines flight with reservation number 138RAV, I was told my flight was overbooked and could not find anyone responsible to assist me. I was instead given a connecting flight that took place nearly 10 hours later, causing me to spend the entire night at the airport. All food and beverage expenses during this time were my own responsibility. I contacted Pegasus customer service both at the airport and by phone, and I also filed a claim requesting compensation. However, for weeks I have only been receiving the standard response that “the process is ongoing,” with no real solution or accountable person. I urgently request that my compensation be refunded and my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
