Pegasus Airlines Ignoring Refund Of Excessive Payment

Pegasus Airlines Customer Service is ignoring my requests for returning excess payment made in error. I have requested a refund of 2x171= 342 ₺ (PNR Number 2GECBN Istanbul-Barcelona on April 23, 2024). The details are attached. I overpaid for baggage (duplicate payment) and requested a refund. The company repeatedly ignored my requests and closed the complaint file. When I called them for an explanation, they claim that no such file or complaint exists.
