Pegasus Airlines Points Disappeared after Luggage Purchase


On February 15, 2024, I tried to use my abundant Pegasus points to get baggage. I spent ₺58 on an extra 20 kg of luggage. On that very day, I found out that the baggage purchase didn't go through in the system, and I received a refund of ₺58. Afterward, I lodged a complaint with Pegasus and included reference number 10037739. After making two calls and reaching out three times on social media, it has been 15 days without any resolution or communication about restoring my lost points, which were lost due to their mistake. As the date of my flight gets closer, I'm struggling to get in touch with anyone for help.
