I'm unable to check in together with my wife for our flight from Istanbul to Brussels on PC 921 with Pegasus Airlines. We're both part of the Kappatur international group trip on 16.06.2024. Whenever I bring up this issue with customer service, they always insist that it can be resolved at the airport. With only 3 days left before the flight, it's surprising how little effort they put into resolving this issue in today's tech-savvy society.
