Unable to Complete Online Check-In on Pegasus App Due to Incorrect Passenger Information Error

I am unable to complete online check-in through the Pegasus app, receiving an error that states “Passenger information is incomplete or incorrect” and “The individual's identity and travel documents do not comply with the travel rules of the destination country.” My passport is valid until 2027, and I have a valid visa, so I don’t understand the issue. Customer service hasn’t been helpful, only advising me to try checking in at the counter 3 hours before the flight. I am traveling from Aydın to Antalya for an international flight, and it seems unreasonable to make such a long trip just to try my luck at the counter, with no guarantee of success. Why should this process be so complicated?

It was somehow resolved at the counter, but they also spent about 20 minutes working on it, calculating the entries and exits in my passport one by one. They didn't understand why something like this happened either.
