Missed Istanbul-Cidde Flight Due to Pegasus Online Check-in Issues

I had a flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Jeddah King Abdulaziz Airport on September 9, 2024. For a week, I tried to complete online check-in, but it never worked despite countless attempts and calls to customer service. I received no response, only lengthy, irrelevant information about a newly opened airport. Even when I finally reached a customer representative, I waited for minutes without any help. The screenshot I took today at 12:47 shows the flight details and gate number, yet I still couldn't check in online through the Pegasus app.

After purchasing many tickets from Pegasus previously, I found out today, after traveling to Sabiha from another city, that the flight had already departed on September 8, 2024, at 00:05. Typically, apps and websites alert users when flights on the same day have conflicting times, but I didn't notice any warning. This discrepancy could have been flagged by the system, highlighting the illogical scheduling. It's disappointing to learn at the airport that the flight had already left. If online check-in had been successful, I could have noticed the date conflict in time to adjust. Throughout the week, the PNR number provided in the app and email was invalid. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am still unsure of the next steps. Please respond to resolve this matter promptly.
