Pegasus Airlines Made Me Buy New Tickets After Canceling My Existing One
We had a connecting ticket from Charlorie Airport, Belgium to İzmir on November 28, 2024. However, we could not make it because the plane baggage was closed. After that, let me tell you how we were disgraced abroad with a Turkish company. First of all, there is no one at the airport to contact Pegasus and change the ticket. Anyway, we reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, they canceled our Sabiha Gökçen İzmir ticket because we were going to change our Charlorie ticket (if I said change, Pegasus made me pay more than I paid for the round trip). We landed at Sabiha Gökçen, no one took care of us. We bought new tickets even though we had existing tickets. Customer service made us wait for 20 minutes and said that I had to buy a new ticket. As you can see, we were disgraced. If you are going to go abroad with Pegasus, think again. We got our share. We paid ₺13,000 for the existing ticket
