On April 4, 2024, I flew from Sabiha to Bodrum on Pegasus flight PC2254, scheduled to depart at 17:45. The Sabiha airport was chaotic because the baggage belts of Pegasus were not working. All the luggage was scattered around with no security or organization. There was only one person scanning baggage tickets from a machine and instructing passengers to leave their luggage in a designated area.
Upon arriving in Bodrum, the flight, which was already 45 minutes late, we discovered that our luggage was missing. There was no official to provide any explanation. The ground services in Bodrum asked us to fill out a form and mentioned that our luggage might arrive on the next flight. When we asked what happened, there was no clear answer.
My luggage finally arrived on Pegasus flight PC2266 at 00:15. Everyone flying from Sabiha with Pegasus faced the same issue. I plan to file legal complaints against Pegasus and the Sabiha airport management tomorrow. My humble advice: never fly with Pegasus and avoid flying from Sabiha airport.
