Pegasus Airlines Charged Me Twice for Baggage Due to System Error
I purchased a baggage allowance for Pegasus flight PC351 on February 27, 2026, but due to an error in their system, my baggage allowance did not appear in my reservation. I spent hours over two days dealing with customer service, and in the end they told me that I needed to purchase the baggage allowance again. Instead of fixing their mistake, they continued to inconvenience their customer.
As a result, I paid for the baggage allowance a second time. This time it appeared in the system, but now there are two baggage invoices showing on my account even though I only needed 12 kg of baggage allowance, which was the amount I originally purchased.
Even after two weeks, they still have not issued a refund. I have contacted customer service at least six or seven times, but the issue remains unresolved. Please refund my money immediately. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
