I purchased tickets from Pegasus Airlines under two separate PNRs: one for six people and another for one person, totaling seven tickets. During a live chat with customer service, I confirmed the cancellation of the PNR LFDYY1, where the agent read out the passenger names and asked if I approved the cancellation. I confirmed, but they ended up canceling the six-person ticket under the PNR 8GHD34 instead. The airline is refusing to acknowledge their mistake, insisting that the cancellation was correct without verifying the passenger names or my approval. As a result, I had to spend 30,000 ₺ for alternative travel arrangements. They are unresponsive to my request to review the voice recording of the conversation. I am considering involving the authorities if this issue is not resolved urgently.
