I traveled to Antalya with Pegasus Airlines, and unfortunately, they damaged the wheel of my suitcase. I have submitted a report (10934808) along with all the required documents and the invoice. Now, I'm supposed to take my Benetton suitcase, which is currently valued at around ₺4000, to a shoe repair shop, get new wheels put on, and then send them the invoice. Can you believe it? It's absolutely ridiculous how they completely avoid taking any responsibility. I was excited to use my new suitcase for the first time. In addition, it is extremely difficult to find a wheel that matches the original color. It's truly disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for courtesy, expertise, and gravity. Another suitcase has been damaged, making it the second one. I will never fly with Pegasus again. I kindly request that you promptly address this matter, provide me with a full refund for the value of my suitcase, and offer an apology for the inconvenience that has been caused. Take a look at the condition of my brand new suitcase. I am well aware of my rights, and I am determined to stand my ground until the very end.
