Pegasus Airlines Charged Me for a Sandwich but Never Served It on the Flight

I bought a plane ticket for my daughter from Pegasus Airlines on January 25, 2025, for the 17:20 flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Ercan Airport. I purchased a ticket that came with an additional service, which included a sandwich. Despite my daughter asking the flight attendant for the sandwich and being assured, "I will bring it right away," it never arrived for her during the flight. The failure to deliver a paid service is disappointing and makes me feel let down by the airline's overall service quality. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, and I look forward to receiving a refund for the service that was not delivered. It's frustrating to encounter this kind of situation after investing in an extra service.
