Dear Pegasus Airlines, I made a reservation through your website, and I received the confirmation email in Turkish. However, I urgently need the same reservation confirmation in English for my visa application. Unfortunately, your support team informed me that since the ticket has not been purchased yet, it cannot be provided in English, which is causing a significant issue for me. I kindly request that you resend the reservation confirmation email in English by the end of the day on May 2nd, as I must submit it for my visa application.
