Compensation Requested Due to Pegasus Airlines Flight Delay
As shown in the photos, my flight from Basel to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport on 20/10/2023, scheduled for 17:45 with PNR number ZE6S9K, did not depart at the planned time. Instead, it took off at 20:15. This delay caused me to miss my important meeting, resulting in a loss of business income. Additionally, I had to use a commercial taxi due to the delayed landing time. While I understand that the delay may not have been directly caused by you, we are Pegasus passengers, and I believe Pegasus should address this issue. I am aware that, by law, such a significant delay should lead to a refund of the ticket fee. Therefore, I kindly request that the financial expenses incurred due to this inconvenience be covered. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I am prepared to take legal action.
