I Face Unauthorized ₺850 Charge From PDF Smart After $1 Transaction

I used PDFSmart.com for what was clearly advertised as a simple $1 transaction. I made the payment expecting it to be a one-time fee for the service I needed. However, when I checked my account afterward, I was shocked to see that the company had also withdrawn an additional ₺850 without my knowledge or approval.

This charge was completely unauthorized. At no point during the process was I warned about extra fees or a subscription plan. The website misleads customers by making the service appear affordable, then secretly deducts large sums afterward. To make matters worse, there is no valid customer support number or reliable way to reach the company, which leaves users with no way to dispute the charge directly.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I am demanding an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺850 and written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my card. I urge PDF Smart to stop these deceptive practices and handle customer billing with honesty and transparency.
