I used PDFSimpli to purchase what was clearly advertised as a one-time PDF editing service for ₺39.95. I paid for the service and assumed the matter was complete, as there was no mention of an ongoing subscription or recurring payments. However, after some time, I was shocked to see an additional ₺775 withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval.

I never signed up for a subscription, nor did I receive any clear consent form showing that such charges would follow. When I looked online, I noticed many other users reporting the same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case but a recurring problem with how PDFSimpli handles payments.

Charging customers without their explicit authorization is deceptive and unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the ₺775, immediate cancellation of any unauthorized subscription, and a guarantee that no further charges will be made to my account.
