I Face Unauthorized $78 Charge From PDF Smart After One-Time Payment

I used PDFSmart.com to edit a PDF file, and the service clearly showed that the cost would be only $1.99 for a single transaction. However, instead of just charging me that amount, the company withdrew both the $1.99 fee and an additional $78 annual membership fee from my account without my knowledge or consent.

At no point did I authorize a yearly subscription, nor was I clearly informed that I would be billed beyond the one-time payment. What makes the situation even worse is that the company provides no accessible customer service number or reliable way to get in touch with them. This leaves customers completely helpless when unauthorized charges appear.

I consider this practice to be deceptive and unfair. I am demanding a full refund of the $78 unauthorized charge and confirmation that no further payments will be withdrawn from my account. Companies must be transparent with their billing and provide real customer support channels. I expect PDF Smart to resolve this issue immediately and prevent others from facing the same problem.
