I used PDFSimpli for what I believed was a one-time service and paid the required fee for a single document conversion. At no point did I agree to or authorize a recurring subscription. However, I later discovered that ₺749.95 was withdrawn from my bank account without my approval. If I had not noticed this charge, it seems this amount would continue to be taken monthly, which is completely unacceptable.

This charge was made without any clear subscription agreement, confirmation screen, or explicit consent. I only intended to pay for a single use, not to be enrolled in an ongoing plan. After noticing the unauthorized payment, I immediately checked for support options, but no clear resolution was offered, leaving me feeling trapped in a subscription I never wanted.
