On December 6, 2025, I created an account on Pdfe.com using my email address o******@gmail.com** in order to try using a PDF file for €0.50 as a trial. However, after this transaction, I discovered that on December 13, 2025, a €49.95 subscription fee was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent.
I only intended to make a low-cost trial purchase. I was never clearly informed that I was signing up for a subscription, nor did I go through any explicit approval or confirmation process for a recurring charge. Since I only recently noticed this charge, I have not yet contacted my bank or card provider.
I request that the €49.95 charged without my knowledge or approval be refunded to me, and that all subscriptions opened in my name be canceled immediately.
