On September 30, 2025, I noticed a ₺2,099 charge made by the PDF Guru app on my bank card without my permission or authorization. I had used the app on my iOS device only once, for a single payment, and I never started any subscription or auto-renewal. I also have proof of payment and purchase history in my account confirming this.
This is the first time such an unauthorized charge has been made to my account, and no prior notification or confirmation was received. I haven’t yet contacted customer support regarding the issue.
