Pdfe.com Auto-Charged My Card Without Notice or Confirmation
I previously purchased a trial membership for $1 USD on pdfe.com, and I used this membership once after paying the stated fee. However, on January 2, 2026, a new charge of $56 USD was made to the same card without my knowledge, consent, or any prior notification. This charge appears on my card statement as “Pdfe.com 733287.” The email address registered to the account is n*******@gmail.com**, and my customer number is 7332870. I did not receive any email, SMS, or in-app notification regarding this charge, nor did I approve any new membership or subscription.
This transaction clearly appears on my bank statement and authorization record as a pdfe.com charge. As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted a support request through pdfe.com and sent an email to s****@pdfe.com**, but I have not received any response so far.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $56 USD charge and the immediate cancellation of any memberships or subscriptions that may be linked to this transaction. I respectfully ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible, as I have suffered financial harm due to this unauthorized charge.
