I only used this website for a PDF conversion service, and I had already paid for that service. I did not start any paid membership or subscription beyond that. During the transaction, there was no disclosure or information about any additional fees, memberships, or subscriptions.
When I checked my credit card statement, the charge appears as “pdfe.com 2958773” and is listed as a one-time charge. My registered email address is y********@hotmail.com**, and my customer number is 2958773. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and so far I have not contacted Pdfe.com customer service.
I state that this transaction was made entirely without my knowledge, and I request that the $53 charged to my card be refunded to me. If there is any membership or subscription registered under my name, I also demand that it be canceled immediately.
