I signed up for pdfe.com to try their PDF conversion service once, and I canceled my subscription immediately after. However, despite canceling, a charge of $54 was withdrawn from my Halkbank card on November 1, 2025.
The email address I used during registration is k******@gmail.com**. I could not find a receipt or transaction number related to this charge.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that the charged amount be refunded in full, and that my membership be completely canceled to ensure that this problem does not happen again.
I expect an urgent response and a clear resolution to my complaint.
