Pdfe.com Charged Me $59 Without Permission After One-Time Use
On October 7, 2025, approximately $59 was withdrawn from my bank card as a subscription fee on the Pdfe.com website, even though I had only used their PDF conversion service once in the past and paid for it. I did not start any subscription afterward, nor was I informed about any membership or automatic renewal.
After discovering this issue, I immediately canceled the subscription. I request a refund for this charge, as it was taken for a service I did not use. I also could not find any valid customer support phone number to reach them. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
