On October 31, 2025, I signed up for a 7-day trial membership on pdfe.com. I paid for the trial, and I did not authorize any further charges. However, on November 7, 2025, my card was suddenly charged IDR 978,665 without my permission or any prior notification. I never approved this payment, and I did not receive any message, email, or confirmation from pdfe.com regarding this transaction. I only discovered the charge by accident while checking my account activity. I have already contacted pdfe.com’s support team, but I have not received any response. This situation is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I firmly request an immediate refund of IDR 978,665, as this charge was made without my authorization or consent.
