I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription and card data use by PDFE.com that I discovered on 5 January 2026. I noticed a charge of almost Rp 2,000,000 in Indonesian Rupiah on my Mandiri card ending in 86383 for a subscription that I did not knowingly approve. I had previously created an account and used PDFE.com, but at no point did I give consent for my card identity to be saved or used for a recurring or non-consensual subscription. Despite this, my card was charged without my clear permission, and I did not receive any invoice or billing email that would explain or legitimize this transaction. After noticing the charge, I immediately contacted my bank, Mandiri, and had the card blocked to prevent further unauthorized use. I also contacted PDFE.com to report this issue and to inform them that the subscription and the use of my card details were not authorized by me. I request that PDFE.com urgently investigate this unauthorized subscription and provide a full refund of the nearly Rp 2,000,000 that was charged to my Mandiri card ending in 86383. I also expect my subscription, if any has been created in my name, to be cancelled and my card details to be permanently removed from your systems so such an incident does not happen again.
