Pdfe.com Charged Me Twice and Tried to Bill Without Consent

On November 3, 2025, I attempted to perform a one-time PDF editing task on Pdfe.com. The fee was shown as 31 TL, and I entered my credit card details to complete the payment. However, my card was charged twice — 32.57 TL and 33.47 TL. In addition, a monthly subscription was started without my consent, and an additional charge of 2,440 TL was attempted.
I did not create an account; I only intended to make a single, one-time purchase. I tried to contact the website, but the only option was a “contact us” form — I could not find any customer service email address. I have both the bank receipt and proof of payment.
I request that my subscription be canceled and that all unauthorized charges be refunded. I also want to ensure that no further fees are charged to my card.
