Pdfe.com Charged My Card Twice Without Permission

I made a single payment of 45 TL on Pdfe.com for a one-time document editing service. I did not start any subscription. However, on September 9 and October 9, I noticed that a total of 4,400 TL had been withdrawn from my credit card without my permission.

As soon as I realized the issue, I tried to contact Pdfe.com customer service and attempted to remove my card from the system and close my account, but I was not successful and received no response. Last month’s payment was already taken, and this month’s amount is still pending in authorization.

It is clear that I did not start any subscription and that these charges were made without my consent. I request that the unauthorized 4,400 TL withdrawals be immediately refunded to my card.
