Pdfe.com Charged Me Without Consent — How to Get a Full Refund
On October 31, 2025, a monthly subscription fee of $58 was charged to my account without my consent for a PDF conversion service from pdfe.com. I did not approve this transaction, nor did I receive any notification indicating that a subscription had been started.
The payment was made using my İş Bankası card, and the charge is clearly visible in my bank statement. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I want to cancel this unauthorized subscription and request a full refund of the withdrawn amount.
I also tried to reach customer support, but there is no available communication channel — no phone line or live chat, and no response to my inquiries.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately, that my subscription be canceled permanently, and that I receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
