PDFAid Ignored My Complaint About an Unauthorized Charge
I used the PDFAid service once, but I did not intend to continue with a paid monthly subscription. Despite this, a monthly subscription fee of Rs. 2529 was deducted from my account on 18/01/2026 without my clear consent or approval for recurring payments. The transaction was processed with the reference/transaction number 601807140809. I have bank proof of this deduction and can provide the relevant screenshots and statements as attachments. I contacted PDFAid customer support regarding this unauthorized deduction, but I have not received any response so far, which has been very disappointing. I request that my PDFAid membership and any active subscription be cancelled immediately and that the wrongly charged amount of Rs. 2529 be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
