Despite this being presented as a trial, on 10 February 2026, my credit card was charged €49.99 for a subscription that I did not want and did not intend to continue after the trial period. After noticing the unexpected charge, I contacted Pdf Smart customer service and requested that they cancel the subscription and refund the amount. My request was categorically refused, even though I believed I was only signing up for a short trial and did not clearly consent to a paid subscription. I request the full refund of €49.99 charged to my credit card and the cancellation of any active subscription associated with my account. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
