PDFSmart Unexpected Payment Even After Cancellation Of Subscription

On 12/12/2025, I noticed an unexpected charge of 49,99 EUR taken from my debit/credit card by Pdfsmart for a subscription. I was not aware that I had an active paid subscription, and I did not knowingly approve this payment. I tried to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response or explanation from Pdfsmart regarding this unexpected charge. I find it unacceptable that such a payment was taken without clear and explicit consent and without any communication. I would like to request a full refund of the 49.99 EUR that was charged and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment associated with my details. I would also like to let you know that no more charges will be made in the future.
