I Was Charged by Pdfsimpli Without Any Subscription

On March 26, 2026, I noticed while reviewing my bank account that $56 was charged to my credit card under the name Pdfsimpli without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve any membership, subscription, or payment related to this transaction, and I did not receive any notification.

This is the first time I have seen a charge from Pdfsimpli on my card. I have not yet contacted customer service, as I just became aware of the issue.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the $56 charged to my card without my authorization and the cancellation of any subscription or membership that may have been created under my name.
