Support Team, I am writing to formally dispute a charge of €49.99 that was taken from my account on 10/02/2026, which I did not authorize. I did not knowingly subscribe to any PDFGuru service and did not approve this payment. I never received any confirmation email indicating that I had agreed to or purchased a subscription. When I attempted to log in to PDFGuru using my email address, I was unable to access my account, and there was no option to reset or retrieve a password. When I logged in using my Google account, no active membership was shown. Given this, I do not understand how a membership could have been created, let alone how it could have been canceled, as I was not aware that one existed. I did not consent to a €49.99 charge, I was not informed of it by email, and I was given no clear opportunity to cancel or prevent this payment.
