Pdfaid Charged My Card Without Permission After a Weekly Subscription

On 04/17/2026, I purchased a weekly membership through the website Pdfaid by paying approximately $2. However, on 04/24/2026, an additional charge of approximately $31 was taken from my Halkbank card without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this charge, nor did I authorize any additional package, renewal, or subscription payment.

As soon as I noticed the situation, I canceled my membership through the website. However, I was unable to receive a refund for the unauthorized $31 charge taken from my card. I also have the Halkbank transaction reference number pn014893 related to this payment. I tried contacting Pdfaid by email, but I never received any response from them.

I request that the unauthorized charge of approximately $31 taken without my approval be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that these types of unauthorized charges be stopped immediately.
