I Want a Refund for the Unauthorized Pdfaid Subscription Payment

I purchased a subscription through Pdfaid for approximately $2. On March 23, the approximately $2 payment was correctly charged to my İş Bankası card, and I approved that transaction. However, on March 30, another charge of approximately $31 was processed from my card without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this second payment and absolutely do not accept this transaction.

In addition, for the one-time approximately $2 purchase made on 03/23/2026, I was specifically asked to confirm the payment through SMS verification before the transaction was completed. Despite this, for the approximately $31 charge, money was withdrawn from my card without any additional approval or confirmation request being sent to me. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in the security of the payment process.

As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I immediately canceled my subscription. I also contacted DenizBank and initiated a transaction dispute regarding the unauthorized payment.

For all of these reasons, I demand that the approximately $31 withdrawn from my card without my permission or approval be refunded to my account in full as soon as possible.
