I Struggle With Unauthorized ₺2000 Charges From Pdfaid Without My Consent

I used the Pdfaid website for what I believed was a one-time service. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my personal and payment information had been stored without my permission. As a result, two separate unauthorized withdrawals were made from my account: one for ₺999 on July 17 and another for ₺999 on August 14, totaling ₺2000. These transactions were carried out entirely without my knowledge or approval.

The card used for payment ends in 6625. At no point was I informed that a membership or subscription had been started in my name. I received no notifications, no renewal warnings, and no explanation for why such high amounts were charged. This makes the situation even more concerning, as it appears to be a deliberate practice of charging users without transparency.

I have not yet contacted customer service directly, but I am submitting this complaint here first in hopes of getting a quicker resolution. I am demanding a full refund of the ₺2000 taken from my account and the immediate cancellation of any hidden subscription that may have been activated without my consent. Pdfaid must resolve this urgently and prevent any further unauthorized charges.
