I Never Signed Up, But Claritycheck Billed My Credit Card

On January 30, 2026, at 2:01 PM, a charge of $29.99 was made to my Yapı Kredi credit card by a company called Claritycheck without my knowledge or authorization. This transaction does not belong to me. I did not sign up for any membership, make any purchase, or give any approval.
After the transaction, I received an SMS from Yapı Kredi stating that a suspicious transaction had occurred. I later saw that the bank had also called me, but since I missed the call, I was unable to speak with them. I subsequently approved the cancellation of my card through online banking. Despite this, I am filing a complaint against both Claritycheck and the approval of this unauthorized charge.
I am requesting that this unauthorized $29.99 charge be canceled, that the amount withdrawn from my card be refunded as soon as possible, and that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent any similar transactions from occurring again through this company.
