I Face Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Card By PDFAid Without Consent
PDFAid withdrew money from my card without my permission. I only found out because I received an SMS alert from my bank. What steps should be taken in this situation? I immediately canceled my card to prevent further charges, but I would like to know where I can file an official complaint. Has anyone else who faced the same issue been able to resolve it, and if so, how?
This situation is both frustrating and ironic—I can’t even put into words how unacceptable it feels. I expect PDFAid to stop these unauthorized withdrawals and provide a full refund for the money taken without my consent.
